Occasionally an order is received via a referral and it does not end up being linked to an affiliate. If you think this may have happened please open a support ticket with the details of the order (name, order ID... as much as possible) and we will chase it up for you.

If the order has been placed and not linked we can do this manually, so don't worry, you won't miss out.
